Roads at Archer Ranch:
The excellent private roads within Archer Ranch are maintained by the HR Ranch Homeowners Association. Ranch Site owners pay an annual assessment to cover costs of annual snowplowing and maintenance costs. The current annual assessment is $300/year.
UTILITIES AT ARCHER RANCH:
- WATER
The Archer Ranch area has a good supply of underground water. Existing water wells vary in depth from 350' to 500' deep. HR Land Company would be pleased to provide contact information for experienced well drillers in the area.
- ELECTRICITY
Archer Ranch provides underground electricity to the edge of each ranch site. HR Land Company would be pleased to provide contact information for extension of electricity within the site.
- PHONE, CELLULAR, AND INTERNET
Archer Ranch provides underground phone and internet service to the edge of each ranch site. HR Land Company would be pleased to provide contact information for extension of phone service within the site. Cellular service is currently available through Verizon with AT&T available soon. DSL high-speed Internet service is currently offered by Verizon.
